Just one day after her agency refuted the claims, South Korean actress Han So-hee announced that she is dating Ryu Jun Yeol. When Han So-hee and Ryu Jun Yeol were spotted vacationing together in Hawaii on March 15, rumours started to circulate. Although Ryu Jun Yeol’s agency acknowledged that he was present, they remained silent on the rumours of their romance.

Han So-hee’s agency first refuted the claims, as Soompi reported, claiming that she was on vacation with a few of her close friends. To the astonishment of her admirers and audience, nevertheless, things have now changed.

After posting a mysterious Instagram story in November of last year, Hyeri, who had dated Ryu Jun Yeol for six years prior to their separation, started circulating rumours. “It’s fun,” she wrote as the caption on a picture she shared of a holiday spot. In response, Han So-hee posted a picture of a dog clutching a knife and a caption that seemed to be an attempt to make her relationship beliefs more clear.

“I give them space, interest, or establish a relationship in the guise of friendship, and I don’t meddle in other people’s relationships. I enjoy watching romance dramas, but they are not part of my life,” reads her text.

Han So-hee responded to Hyeri, the ex-girl’s Day member, by uploading a story with the caption, “It’s fun for me too.” The actress has already removed this story.

According to Soompi, prior to this occurrence, in November of last year, Han So-hee allegedly shared a photo of himself at Ryu Jun Yeol’s photo exhibition, just around the time he broke up with Hyeri.

She confirmed her relationship with Ryu Jun Yeol in a lengthy blog post on March 16, addressing the dating speculations. She made it clear that Ryu Jun Yeol’s breakup with Hyeri was the reason their relationship started.

Han So-hee also expressed regret for her since-deleted Instagram Story, acknowledging that she behaved inappropriately as a result of reports that she started dating Ryu Jun Yeol prior to their breakup. She apologised for what she had done and said she should have handled things more carefully.

“I’m writing this in the hopes that I can hurt my precious fans even a little bit less. First, it’s true that we are in a relationship with positive feelings. However, I hope that people will not use the word “transfer.” Second, when we exchanged feelings for one another, it was already the beginning of 2024, and his breakup with that person was already wrapped up in early 2023,” said Han So-hee.

“Third, my pathetic Instagram story. It’s true, it was pathetic and lame. I temporarily lost all reason and behaved rudely. I will apologize to that person [Hyeri] regarding this fact, and I sincerely apologize to you all for not reacting wisely. Because I acted based on my emotions rather than rational thinking, I acknowledge that this is completely my fault, regardless of my reasons,” she added, reports Soompi.
Han So-hee also pledged in her lengthy statement to consider her actions. She thanked her supporters for being there for her, and she promised to improve herself.
