‘Eve,’ previously known as ‘Eve’s Scandal’ is a romantic drama about the inside tale of a chaebol’s 2 trillion won ($1.7 billion) divorce battle that surprises the entire country.
Lee Ra El is played by Seo Ye Ji, who was born to a brilliant father and a lovely mother. She evolves into a lady who is compared to a “dangerous flower” with a deadly beauty after a terrible family situation. She is the woman at the centre of an exorbitantly priced divorce case. Park Byung Eun will play the CEO of the world’s largest financial corporation.
When asked why Seo Ye Ji was selected as Lee Ra El, the production team responded that “solid acting skills” and “immersion” were necessary because ‘Eve’ depicts Lee Ra El meticulously planning her retribution.
They mentioned that Seo Ye Ji has a powerful image and the energy to fully immerse herself in the role of Lee Ra El. She examined the script more completely than anybody else from the first meeting. The key reasons she was cast were her deep grasp of the character and her love for the project.
Park Byung Eun portrays Kang Yoon Gyum, the CEO of LY Group, the world’s largest multinational conglomerate. He is a man who has always been devoted to his family and career, but after meeting Lee Ra El, he falls in love with her.
They sought a 40-year-old actor who is both clever and attractive, with an appearance that conveys the character’s duality.
Yoo Sun plays Han So Ra’s character who is Kang Yoon Gyum’s wife and the only daughter of prominent politician Han Pan Ro. She is, however, emotionally concerned and fascinated with her spouse behind her flawless and elegant exterior.
Yoo Sun is an actor with the “visuals and acting skills” to depict the ideal image of a lady who has everything while simultaneously portraying her inner thoughts, which are “stained with wounds,” “worry,” and “obsession,” according to the production team.
Finally, the production team talked about Lee Sang Yeob who portrays Seo Eun Pyung. He is the youngest member of the National Assembly who has overcome his difficult background of beginning his life in an orphanage.
They told that Lee Sang Yeob’s image corresponds well to that of Seo Eun Pyung’s character, who is prepared to “freely surrender” everything he “accumulated for love.”
It is reported that the film “Eve” will be released in 2022.
