Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar replaced Kartik Aaryan in Karan Johar’s romantic comedy sequel Dostana 2, the rest of the cast remains the same, and new information about the movie has come out that Janhvi Kapoor will be playing the role of Akshay Kumar’s sister in the film!
Dostana 2 is a rom-com sequel of the hit film Dostana 2008, which starred Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, and Priyanka Chopra.
Dostana 2 ran into a crisis a few weeks back when Actor Kartik Aaryan started having his creative differences with Karan Johar. He was removed by Karan Johar for acting irresponsibly and unprofessionally and was replaced by Superstar Akshay Kumar.
Karan Johar is also ready to make modifications according to Akshay Kumar, to fit Akshay’s personality. Earlier the script was written keeping in mind Kartik Aaryan.
The sequel is getting interesting and more curious because of the unusual pairing of Akshay Kumar and Janhvi Kapoor, as it is also the first time they will be sharing the screen, fans are anxious to them as siblings on the silver screen.
