Some of the fans on Reddit and X pointed to identical beach loungers, matching towels and seaside angles as “evidence” of a shared trip, and some claimed the actor even followed Karina on Instagram before unfollowing her once the speculation gained momentum.
Moreover, Karina has rejected all these rumors. According to multiple entertainment news reports, she updated her Instagram bio to read “I don’t know Kartik”, a direct and unambiguous response to the mounting rumours. Which indirectly spark the curiosity among the followers.
