Kagurabachi Chapter 43 spoilers
Chapter 43, titled “Fulfill,” continues with Chihiro Rokuhira in the crumbling Storehouse. He needs to make contact with every prisoner to imbue them with his Spirit Energy so that Hakuri can transport them. Meanwhile, Shiba is anxiously watching from outside, worried about both Chihiro and Hakuri. Hakuri understands that Kyora Sazanami’s strong will is the only thing stopping the Storehouse from collapsing right away.
If Kyora’s willpower gives in to the corrosion, the Storehouse will collapse, putting everyone inside, including Chihiro, in grave danger. In the auction hall, Shinuchi’s deadly flowers are causing chaos, and the Kamunabi sorcerers are in panic. They realize that Kyora is losing control and advise each other to flee if they want to survive.
Kyora recalls his late wife’s words, who believed he could end the Rakuzaichi auction if he wanted to. She thought the auction had taken over the Sazanami family, and without it, Kyora might have been more human. He also remembers his father entrusting him with the auction, which strengthens his resolve to continue it.
