Tom Cruise starrer movies such as Top Gun: Maverick and Mission Impossible 7 and 8 will not release anytime soon. The release dates have been pushed by Paramount Pictures. Top Gun: Maverick is one of the most awaited films of Tom Cruise.
The release date of this film has been pushed from July 2, 2021, to November 19, 2021. And Mission Impossible: 7, which was earlier supposed to release on November 19, 2021, will instead release on May 27, 2022. The next part of the Mission Impossible series, Mission Impossible: 8 has its release date pushed from November 4, 2022, to July 7, 2023.
Many other movies by Paramount have had their release dates shuffled and pushed. Dungeons and Dragons, starring Hugh Grant, Regé-Jean Page and Chris Pine will release on March 3, 2023, instead of May 27, 2022. The fourth instalment in the Jackass series has also had the release date pushed. It will now release on October 22, 2021, instead of September 3, 2021.
But in good news for the fans, Snak Eyes, a G.I. Joe spinoff, will release early. Stated to release on October 22, 2021, the Henry Golding starrer will now release on July 23, 2021. Other upcoming movies are the untitled Star Trek movie that will release on June 9, 2023, and the untitled movie starring Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski that will hit the screens on November 17, 2023.
