Get ready to buckle up, Star Wars fans! Fresh episodes are set to land on Disney+, and the release schedule for The Acolyte has just been confirmed.
In what’s shaping up to be a more relaxed year for Star Wars on Disney+—with only three new projects debuting—The Acolyte will lead the charge into summer, offering fans their first-ever live-action glimpse into the High Republic era.
Set about a century before the galaxy far, far away we first met in 1999’s Episode I: The Phantom Menace, this new series will shine a spotlight on the Jedi at their peak, just as the Sith start to stir from the shadows. It’s a perfect time to explore the golden age of the Jedi, right before everything went spectacularly wrong.
