Pharrell Williams, an American singer and record producer, has taken over as menswear creative director at Louis Vuitton. According to sources, the Happy singer took over for late designer Virgil Abloh.
His debut collection was recently exhibited during Paris Men’s Fashion Week. Having said that, Pharrell is now going viral for his USD 1 Million Handbag, which is about INR 8.1 Crore.
The handbag in question is a bright yellow Speedy bag with the LV monogram on the front.

Pharrell has long been considered a red-carpet fashion star, and his role as a Chanel brand ambassador was extended in October of last year.
He has also worked with Moncler, Adidas for their Stan Smith collection, and Louis Vuitton on two occasions (including an aviator eyewear line).
Williams also launched the streetwear labels Billionaire Boys Club and IceCream, as well as the skin-care line Humanrace.
Beyonce, Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Zendaya, to mention a few, attended his most recent fashion presentation.
Jay Z joined the stage at the performance and surprised the audience with a special remix of rapper Panjabi MC’s popular song Mundian To Bach Ke.
Meanwhile, Williams’ predecessor, Virgil Abloh, was the label’s first African American artistic director and helmed Louis Vuitton menswear for four years before his death in November 2021. Off-White, which Abloh founded, was acquired by Louis Vuitton’s parent company LVMH in 2021.
In 2018, Pharrell visited India and celebrated his first Holi with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh in Mumbai.
