Rita Ora confirmed that she was asked to fill in as one of the guest host on ‘Today’ last minute after Page Six had reported that Kelly Rowland had walked off the show, leaving the producers of morning show scrambling.
The Ritual singer captioned her Instagram post, “Well, this happened,” wherein she had shared series of pictures and videos featuring her co-hosting alongside Hoda Kotb. In the caption, she also stated that they had “two minutes to prepare.”
The singer then went on to graciously praise the Today show adding, “Everyone was so lovely and kind, I had SO much fun doing it… Love to everyone that tuned in, maybe we should do more??!!”
Kotb, for her part, shared a post with a caption, “We manifested – and it will happen.” The journalist had shared a slideshow from their episode together.
Although it seems that every thing turned out to be well, Page Six had previously reported that there had been going a lot of madness at the backstage, when Rowland had walked out due to the dressing rooms not being up to her expectations.
