Wonder Woman 1984 trailer was recently released during the DC Fandome event. In the trailer, we see Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman fight two new villains, Pedro Pascal’s Max Lord and Kristen Wiig’s The Cheetah. Fans around the world can’t get enough of Kristen Wiig’s new costume.
Kristen Wiig will be seen playing the role of an archaeologist Barbara Minerva who will later turn into the villain, Cheetah. In the trailer we can see that Barbara befriends Diana, only to have a face-off later in the movie. Kristen’s character can be seen saying dialogues like “You’ve always had everything while people like me have had nothing,” and “Well, now it’s my turn. Get used to it.” After these dialogues, Kristen turns into Cheetah and we witness an intense fight between the two.

The movie also features Robin Wright as Antiope and Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta in pivotal roles. In the trailer, we even saw Chris Pine as Steve Trevor which is suspicious as he died in the first Wonder Woman movie. Director Patty Jenkins earlier said that the explanation about Steve’s character in the movie will make sense. The movie will release on 2nd October, 2020.
