House Of The Dragon season 2: New dueling trailer released along with premiere date

Max has released two new trailers for House Of The Dragon as the premiere of the second season of the Game of Thrones spinoff series is nearing.

The new so-called dueling trailers released Thursday asking fans to pick a side in the upcoming civil war between two leaders and their factions that will soon meet in the battlefield for the Iron Throne: King Aegon II, played by Tom Glynn-Carney or Queen Rhaenyra, played by Emma D’Arcy, both of House Targaryen for which the series has been named.

When will House Of The Dragon season 2 premiere?

The upcoming season of House of the Dragon will premiere at 9 p.m. ET Sunday, June 16, on HBO. The season, which will be spread across eight episodes, will be available each week to stream on Max.

What to expect from House Of The Dragon season 2?

At the end of the season 1, the war appeared on the horizon for the Seven Kingdoms when the death of King Viserys I left a power vacuum power in Westeros and a question as to his chosen successor.

When Princess Rhaenyra was informed about the killing of one of her sons at the hands of one of Alicent Hightower’s children, she turned to face the camera with fire gleaming in her eyes. The second season will pick from the first season ended, with Westeros at the brink of the war, and powerful houses are being made to chose sides.
