Francesca Farago is dishing out the highs and lows of her second trimester with her signature candor. The reality TV star, known for her roles in Too Hot to Handle and Perfect Match, shared her pregnancy journey with PEOPLE at the POSSE Pride Party on June 6, held at The Viper Room in Hollywood. Farago attended the event with her fiancé, Jesse Sullivan.

During the interview, Farago humorously detailed her pregnancy symptoms. “I am not sleeping, and I never sleep. I wake up every 30 minutes to pee,” she laughed. Despite these nocturnal nuisances, Farago remains upbeat, insisting that everything is “going good.”

Farago also highlighted some unexpected aspects of pregnancy. “There are a lot of scares and things you don’t realize can happen when you’re pregnant and a lot of things you’re learning every day,” she said.

She added that she feels more like herself in this trimester and is hopeful for smooth sailing through the remaining months of her pregnancy.

Jesse Sullivan has been a pillar of support throughout Farago’s pregnancy. “I cook. I clean. I take care of the animals,” he said. He noted that it was tough for Farago to get out of bed during the first trimester, but now she is beginning to feel more like her old self.

While the couple has kept the baby names under wraps, Farago teased that they have some really cute ones picked out. “I just don’t want to jinx anything,” she quipped.

Farago and Sullivan announced their pregnancy in a joint Instagram post in March. The couple was stunned by the early confirmation after a blood test turned positive just a week later. “We didn’t expect the news so soon, and it took a while to sink in,” Farago admitted.

The POSSE Pride Party, which supported the LGBTQ activist group GLAAD, was a star-studded affair featuring celebrities like Meredith Marks from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Naomi Smalls from Drag Race. Erika Jayne from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills also premiered her song “Dominos” at the event, with her Bravo cast members in attendance.

Farago and Sullivan’s pregnancy journey is a mix of challenges and joys, but with their strong support for each other, they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their new baby.
