We are getting closer to an on-screen reunion of everyone’s favourite twins.

Danny DeVito confirmed a new project has been in works with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The news comes 35 years after the release of Twins, which turned out to be actors’ most beloved collaborations.

In a conversation with CNN on Tuesday, Danny said, “We’re working on something, a project that we’re going to do together, another movie.”

Speaking about his bond with the actor/body builder, he noted that their friendship predated the 1988 comedy, which was about an unlikely pair of brothers. “Arnold and I are good buddies. We met way before Twins, years ago.”

“We get along really well,” added the actor, who starred alongside the Terminator star in 1994 comedy Junior with Emma Thompson.

Earlier, in a GQ interview in November, the Matilda star had teased the potential reunion with Arnold.
