There will be no JJ Parker in season 6 of All American. Hunter Clowdus, who has been a part of the series since its pilot, has officially announced his exit from the show ahead of the upcoming season of CW’s series.
He joined as recurring actor in season 1 and was later upped to series regular in season 4. JJ Parker was an outside linebacker turned quarterback for the Beverly Hills Eagles, who shined as a star both on and off the field.
As per the reports by Deadline, the storyline for JJ had officially wrapped at the end of season 5, which explains the actor’s departure.
The series, which stars Monet Manzur, Daniel Ezra, Cody Christian, Michael Evans Behling, Samantha Logan, and Greta Onieogou, is executive produced by Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Sarah Schechter, John A. Norris, Berlanti, Jameal Turner, David Strauss, Mike Herro.
