As Bollywood queen Deepika Padukone celebrates her 38th birthday today, her Kalki 2898 AD co-star Prabhas shared a greeting for her. Taking to Instagram, Prabhas shared a stunning picture of Deepika. Along with the picture, he wrote, “Happy birthday to the most beautiful Deepika Padukone. May your year be as stunning as you are.” Kalki 2898 AD is being directed by Nag Ashwin and it is being backed by Aswini Dutt. The film will released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in pivotal roles.

Recently, Deepika shared that she is looking forward to having a child with Ranveer one day. The power couple started dating in 2012 and got secretly engaged in 2015. In a chat with Vogue Singapore, Deepika shared, “Ranveer and I love children. We look forward to the day when we will start our own family. When I meet the people I have grown up with- my aunts, uncles, family friends- they always mention how I haven’t changed one bit. That say a lot about our upbringing.” The actress added, “In this industry, it’s easy to get carried away by fame and money. But no one treats me like a celebrity at home. I am a daughter and a sister at first. I don’t want that to change. My family keeps me grounded, and Ranveer and I hope to inculcate the same values in our children.”

Workwise, Deepika awaited the release of her Siddharth Anand film, Fighter. She will be sharing the screen with Hrithik Roshan. The film is ready to release on January 25. For the unversed, the actress was a part of two big blockbusters of 2023, Pathaan and Jawan.
