Shahrukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan has always expressed her desire to be an actor and now it looks like her dream is about to come true. According to some sources, well-known filmmaker, Zoya Akhtar has taken the responsibility of launching Suhana Khan.
“Zoya is known to be working on the Indian adaptation of the famous International teen comic book, Archie, for Netflix. It’s a teenage story and Zoya has been on the lookout for fresh young talent on board to play a bunch of friends. While casting is still underway for all the characters, Suhana is sure to be cast.
The story revolves around Archie and his gang of friends – Reggie, Jughead, Betty, Veronica, and other fictional characters of Riverdale High School. Reports suggest, apart from Suhana, two more popular names might be launched by Zoya in the digital outing, The shooting dates are however still unknown.
Suhana was currently seen in her short film, The Grey Part of Blue, and won huge amounts of appreciation on social media for her screen presence. The short film was directed by Theodore Gimeno and also featured Robin Gonella.
We couldn’t be more excited to see the Indian adaptation of our favorite childhood comic but more so to see Suhana as an actor for the very first time. Here is a small glimpse of her last project.
