TTF, a popular Tamil YouTuber Vasan’s driving privileges have been revoked for the next ten years. Vasan’s driving license was suspended by the Government of Tamil Nadu’s Transport Department until October 5, 2033, since he committed “the offences under Section 19 (1) (d) and (f).”
TTF Vasan was detained on September 19 in a case filed by the Baluchetty Chatram police for recklessly driving a two-wheeler on the Chennai-Vellore highway in the Thamal district near Kanchipuram. TTF Vasan, who is being held in Puzhal Jail, had his bail application dismissed by the Kanchipuram court.
In this instance, TTF Vasan filed a petition in the Madras High Court requesting bail. According to the petition, as the cattle were crossing the road at a moderate pace, the wheel of the car rose as the cattle suddenly braked, and if the brakes had not been applied, the livestock and his life would have been in danger.
He also asked for release since he was injured in the accident and couldn’t get good treatment in jail, and his sores are becoming worse, therefore he has to be treated in a private hospital.
He declared in the petition that he is innocent, has not committed any crime, and will follow the court’s orders.
Vasan, however, was denied bail by the Madras High Court.
