After being stuck in war-torn Israel, Nushrratt Bharuccha finally returned to India on Sunday. Today, the actress resorted to Instagram to share her terrifying experience and describe what it was like to be in a conflict zone.

She also thanked the Indian and Israeli embassies for supporting her in migrating to her home nation in the video. She also expressed gratitude to her followers and well-wishers for their words, and emphasised how fortunate we are to live in India, a peaceful country.

The 38-year-old claimed that despite the fact that the Indian Embassy in Israel was only 2 km away, it was ‘impossible’ to contact them without a mode of transportation. She went on to explain that Hamas terrorists were taking people from their homes and randomly executing them.

She also issued a statement in which she briefly described the situation.

When Israel was attacked, Nushrratt was in Israel for the Haifa International Film Festival. Nushrratt’s crew lost communication with her, but she was finally rescued and safely returned to India.

Israel was attacked unexpectedly by missiles and terrorists who infiltrated Israeli cities and took hostages back to Gaza. The Palestine War of 1947-1949 was precipitated by the failure to implement the 1947 United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine.

The current Israeli-Palestinian status quo developed with Israel’s military victory of the West Bank and Gaza in the 1967 Six-Day War, known as the Palestinian territories.
