Actor Sushant Singh’s suicide has left the nation numb and in deep thoughts. The death of the young rising star has sparked the debate on nepotism which were among netizens and industry biggies. His demise has also intensified the talk on mental health by many hypocrites. There’s also a case registered against Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Ekta Kapoor, Salman Khan among others in connection with Rajput’s death.

Numerous videos related to Sushant have been doing the rounds on the internet ever since his tragic death. The latest one is a clip from a Koffee With Karan episode featuring Mahesh Bhatt and Emraan Hashmi as guests.

When Mr Bhatt is asked to rank a bunch of Bollywood actors in order of star with brighter future, he chooses Arjun Kapoor over Aditya Roy Kapur, Siddharth Malhotra, Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Dhawan and Ayushmann Khurrana. When the same question is asked to Emraan, he chooses Sushant over Varun and Sidharth and does not name Arjun, Aditya and Ayushmann.

Sushant committed suicide on 14th June, ’20 at his Bandra apartment by hanging himself to the ceiling. As soon as the news of his death broke, it sent shockwaves across the country. Many celebrities took to social media to pay their last respects to the actor. Soon, social media was abuzz with the nepotism debate. Many netizens said that Sushant, being an outsider, was side-lined by the ‘Bollywood privilege club.’ Celebrities such as Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor were targeted.

Sushant, star of films such as Kai Po Che, Shuddh Desi Romance, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story and Chhichhore, was last seen in the OTT film Drive. He will be seen last in Dil Bechara, co-starring Sanjana Sanghi.
