Actor-comedian Johnny Lever shared an incident after the demise of the legendary actor Dilip Kumar. The legend had once served him biryani with his own hands.
The actor shared few pictures with the late actor and wrote, “RIP Dilip Sahab 🙏🏽 I’m fortunate enough to have shared some precious moments with the great Dilip Sahab. I remember he did a small mimicry act for me while we were on tour, he served me Biryani once with his own hands at his home, and many more such beautiful memories…”
Further, he wrote, “It was amazing to see how such a great personality like him could be so humble & grounded. He is an institution we love & learned so much from. May his soul rest in peace, & may God give strength to Saira Ji & his family. #dilipkumar”

Actor Dilip Kumar died at the age of 98 on Wednesday morning at Hinduja hospital, Mumbai. The entire Bollywood industry paid tribute to the legend. Celebrities like Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and many others tweeted and offered their condolences.
Dilip Kumar was popularly known as the ‘Tragedy King’ of Bollywood because of his role in several movies. The actor has contributed a lot to the film industry by giving masterpieces like Mughal-E-Azam, Devdas, Madhumati, and many others. Dilip Kumar’s last rites took place at Juhu Qabrastan with due respect.
