Now this 33 year old singer has created history with his newly released album ‘Starboy’.
The Weeknd’s latest release ‘Starboy’ has crossed 10 billion streams on Spotify. The Weeknd has a massive fanbase of 53 million on Instagram and as soon as the news broke The Weeknd’s admirer’s started posting their reactions.

One fan wrote, “King made history as always.” Another one commentend, ” That’s why he’s the GOAT.” The third one wrote, ” I thought someone else already did? But congrats Abel.” Other one commented, “Talent won.” Another fan declared him King of Pop saying, “The new king of Pip idc.” Another one commented on the album saying, ” are we ready to admit starboy is his best album now?”
However in the midst of all appreciation and praise there was criticism too. One wrote, ” This song is good, but the people saying he’s the new king of pop is really pushing it.”
Whereas another one commented, “Funny thing you never mention race when it’s white people.”
Although Starboy received criticism but we can’t deny the fact that a huge number of audiencehas liked the song and appreciated The Weeknd’s hard work behind it.
