The shocking deaths of All in the Family star and acclaimed director Rob Reiner, 78, and his wife Michele Singer Reiner, 68, have now taken a devastating turn as multiple sources confirm the couple was killed by their son, Nick Reiner.
What happened?
On Sunday, Dec. 14, around 3:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a medical aid call at the Reiner family’s Brentwood residence. When first responders entered the home, they found a man and woman—matching Rob and Michele’s ages—dead at the scene. Soon after, sources confirmed the victims’ identities.
The LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division has since taken over the investigation, treating the incident as a double homicide.
