Vikrant Massey has managed to carve a special place for himself in the Bollywood industry. The actor rose to immense fame with the web series Mirzapur and have recently proved his worth in movie 12th Fail. He started his journey with OTT projects, but lately have been absent from the same.
Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Vikrant said, “I haven’t stopped doing OTT projects, but I’m waiting for the right script to make a comeback. If the script is good, I will do that project irrespective of the medium.”
The actor, who received immense appreciation for his role in 12th Fail, said that the movie certainly raised fan expectation from his future projects. However, he added that his experience with The Sabarmati Report served as a reality check.
Despite of receiving praise for 12th Fail, the actor was slammed over his involvement in The Sabarmati Report, which made him realize how easy it is for the audience to change their reaction based on their convenience and understanding.
He clarified that trolls have become a part of his profession, and added that he ignores the faceless social media comments. However, it is disheartening for Vikrant when a troll drags his family and loved ones into it. Nevertheless, he remains focused on telling stories he truly believes in.
