Actor Vikram Kochhar, who appears in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Dunki, talked about his visit to SRK’s Mannat as the film’s much-awaited release date draws near. Vikram talked about the comprehensive security inspections, which were similar to those at airports as everything was carefully inspected. He complimented SRK on his humble manner and recalled how, during the film’s production, the superstar was open to suggestions from his co-stars.

In a recent interview with News18, Vikram Kochhar said that he was utterly mesmerised by Shah Rukh Khan. For their initial meeting, the actor invited them to his home, Mannat. Speaking about the celebrity’s home, he stated, “I was starstruck to see Shah Rukh Khan. He called us to his house, to Mannat, when we were going to meet him for the first time. The house is amazing and we went into the lift; there were a lot of security checks. There’s a huge hall, big entrance, lobby, then after that it was just like an airport security kind of a thing, or the one you do when you enter inside a five star hotel. Everything gets scanned. You go up to his room, and he’s so humble and he’s so genuine.” He then mentioned that Shah Rukh Khan, despite just waking up slightly late, was very approachable and treated everyone as equals. He said, “I have not seen that.”

Vikram claims that because SRK fosters a cosy environment, working with him was simple. He welcomes comments and permits candid conversations, in contrast to other celebrities. There were times when the actors had conflicting ideas during a performance, and the celebrity was open to experimenting with different strategies.

“You never feel that you’re working with a star, it’s just like if he has a suggestion and you also have a suggestion so he listens to your suggestion,” Vikram revealed.
