There has been a ruckus over Ranveer Allahbadia’s insensitive remark on Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent. From complaints being filed to massive trolling, the social media influencers Samay, Ranveer, and Apoorva Makhija are under scrutiny. Amidst the controversy, a throwback video of Varun Dhawan has been going viral, wherein he is talking about the popular reality show. Ironically, the conversation happened to be on Ranveer’s podcast.
When Varun was asked about the show during his appearance on podcast, the Baby John actor revealed that he was invited as a guest on India’s Got Latent. However, he declined the invite, citing, “They asked me to be on the show and honestly, I would love to be on it, but my concern is that it might have a negative impact on us. The more you get noticed with this kind of humour, sometimes it becomes a crossfire.”
