Varun Dhawan talks about the types of people in the industry; says, “No one knows what works in Bollywood but still give gyaan”

Varun, who has appeared in mainstream hits such as Dishoom and Judwaa 2, recently stated that the industry is changing.

Varun Dhawan believes that the number of large-scale Hindi commercial films has decreased due to ‘Western’ influence. The actor, who is currently enjoying the success of his recent release JugJugg Jeeyo, also took a shot at industry analysts and experts who predict film box office performances.
Varun, who has appeared in mainstream hits such as Dishoom and Judwaa 2, recently stated that the industry is changing. Many Hindi films have failed at the box office in the last year or so, while counterparts from the south industries have made money.

“Because we are too influenced by the West, we have stopped producing large-scale masala family entertainers… To begin with, no one knows what kinds of films will be successful. No one does, from the largest producers to traders, and yet every week we will come out and give gyaan that this works, that works “Varun Dhawan stated in a media Interview.
“The world has changed and nobody saw Covid-19 coming. When it hit us, everything went to hell. Because of this, you have to do what your conviction says,” added Varun while talking further about the changes in the film industry.
Varun Dhawan’s JugJugg Jeeyo which also stars Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead roles crossed Rs.
