The co-founder of the sketch ‘The Whitest Kids U Know ‘ dies at the age of 41 on Friday.
The exact nature of the comedian’s accident remains unknown.
The death of the actor and producer was confirmed by his manager through a statement on the behalf of his wife and family.
The family expressed their grief claiming a sense of devastation at the loss of the actor who was a best friend to his wife and a loving father to his son.
They acknowledged that he was a known writer and comedian to millions but still was simply “the centre of their world”.
They asked for respect and privacy during this time of their grieving as they’ve met a tragic and sudden loss.
The late writer and comedian Moore was the founder of The Whitest Kids U know and led it alongside Zach Cregger, Timmy Williams, Sam Brown and Darren Trumeter.
They gained national attention after winning the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival award in 2006.
The New York-based troupe produced a five-season self-titled series on IFC and endured prestigious popularity on Youtube.
Moore was also a contributor at Disney XD with the series ‘ Walk The Prank’ which he wrote and directed for the channel.
He also hosted shows like ” The Trevor Moon Show”.
Comedy Central claimed Trevor Moore to be an incredible talent and vital member of the comedy central family. The network shared a note expressing their condolences saying
