It’s official over for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.
The ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ alum filed for divorce from her husband after announcing the separation nine months ago, as per the reports by Page Six, citing obtained court documents.
Tori mentioned the estranged couple’s date of separation as June 17, 2023, and have stated “irreconcilable differences” as the cause.
She is requesting joint legal custody of their five minor kids, but sole physical custody and Dean will be allowed visitation, which shall be decided at a later date. Tori also wants him to pay spousal support.
The divorce petition filed by Tori do not mention any prenuptial agreement and states her separate assets are yet to be determined. They are also yet to determine their “community property.”
