Taapsee Pannu is using her social media handles as a platform to share her opinions about the ongoing topics for quite some time now. She shares her thoughts with fans and others as well.
Recently, the Centre issued new guidelines to be followed during the Coronavirus lockdown in the country. This also allowed the opening of theatres. Taapsee tweeted by criticizing and taunting the news channels for their maximum coverage on the television and movie industry.
She tweeted, “Now that theatres are allowed to open with 50% occupancy its only fair to expect some ‘news’ channels to focus 50% more towards ‘real’ news. Thank you guys, you held the fort of entertainment long enough on our behalf. We can take over from here on. #SharingCaring.”
For those who are unversed, the Centre recently issued the guidelines of Unlock 5.0. According to these guidelines, movie theatres are allowed to open with 50% occupancy in all states from 15th October onwards.
