Actress Taapsee Pannu is currently in a cold war with Kangana Ranaut. Since the interview where Kangana called Taapsee a “B-grade actress,” the debate around the insider vs outsider has begun. The actress’ has been using Twitter as a platform to call each other out.

Taapsee Pannu in an exclusive interview with India today opened up about the insider vs outsider debate. She talks about how star kids and outsiders need to co-exist. She admitted that she has been replaced in a lot of films with star kids. However, Taapsee adds that’s she refuses to be bitter about it. She further adds that she doesn’t seek validation from them. Many of them haven’t been a part of her movie screening or wrote about her, this doesn’t make her unsuccessful.

Apart from this, she agreed that the movie mafia created hurdles in her way but has never harmed her. She admits that she does not let them take control of her. She even talked about how when she won an award, nobody had any problem but Kangana.

While talking about being an outsider herself, she said that it is usually difficult for an outsider to step in the industry but due to OTT platforms flourishing, one gets to see new talent. She ended the interview with being open to working with brilliant co-actors.
