Taapsee Pannu has spoken about her paparazzi relationship which has been described as being complex. During an interview with Fever FM recently, the actress said that photographers often misrepresent her statements and videos for their personal benefit hence she sees no reason why they should be appeased by her.
Taapsee pointed out that the paparazzi rarely concentrates on happy news only opting for newsmakers that attract more attention than others. Speaking from personal experience she said “How will you click on the news then? Tell me who clicks on positive news? When was the last time you clicked on a positive news? Now, this kind of news is more sensational. ‘She’s being nasty and rude to paparazzi’ so everybody collectively asking ‘kya ho gaya,kya ho gaya, dekhna padega’( what happened? let’s see). So this makes it really exciting for them.”
The actress also stressed the mannerism of paparazzi overflowing, as she recalled some moments they approached her irritatingly close, shouted at her or even chased her car. In addition, she asserted never to feel guilty about the wealth that has landed on her lap but rather wished for a personal space.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Taapsee will be soon seen in ‘Phir Haseen Dillruba’ and ‘Khel Khel Mein’.
