It has been more than a month to Sushant Singh Rajput’s shocking demise. On June 28, the late actor’s father KK Singh had filed a complaint against his son’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetment of suicide, Rhea and five others including her father have been booked under IPC Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Sec 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), and Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property).
Apparently, the copy of the FIR has gone viral all over the social media handles. In the FIR it was seen, KK Singh, the late actor’s father, has accused Rhea of taking control over his finances, transferring Rs 15 crores to her account, using his credits cards, stakes in his companies, and threatening the actor to make his mental illness issue public. She didn’t let him talk to his family about his depression. Furthermore, the actor’s father has also alleged that Rhea used to give his son an overdose of medicines.
Times Now has now access to a leaked video which was taken during Sushant Singh Rajput’s forensic test and has also gone viral. In the video, an official can be heard saying that he hopes this video is not leaked or else their investigation will be ruined.
