As soon as Sushant Singh Rajput’s news went viral on the Internet, many people out there couldn’t believe what their eyes were reading, ‘A young talented boy, who was at the peak of success ended his life by hanging from the ceiling of his rented Bandra apartment’. Well, it’s been a week since the drastic news reached us and the actor left a huge void in our hearts. Sanjana Sanghi, Sushant’s co-star who is prepping for her full-fledged role in Bollywood with ‘Dil Bechara’, took to her Instagram handle to share an emotional video, on the same day, where she broke down reminiscing the memories that she created with Sushant on the sets.

After one week, she is still in the same phase, trying to cope with the whole situation and recently took to her Instagram handle to share some beautiful pictures with Sushant and penned a heartfelt note remembering him. Her caption said, “Whoever said time helps heal all wounds, was lying. Some feel like they’re being ripped open, again and again, and bleeding – Of moments that now will forever remain memories, Of laughs together that were but will never again be, Of questions that will remain unanswered, Of disbelief, that only keeps growing.”

She further added in the same post that she will ensure that Sushant’s dream of educating children and spreading kindness will be fulfilled in this world. She wrote, “But these wounds also contain a film, a gift that everyone is yet to see, Wounds that contain dreams, plans, and desires for our country’s children, their education and their future that will be fulfilled, Wounds that contain a passion for an endless creative zest for every artist there is, Wounds that contain the hope for a world that promises to uphold honesty, integrity, kindness and embraces individuality – rid of all toxicity, I vow that I will do everything to make sure each of these dreams are fulfilled, like you always wanted me to. Except, you’d promised we’d do it all together… #SushantSinghRajput.”

‘Dil Bechara’ is an adaptation of John Green’s book named as ‘Fault in our stars’, and this movie will be the last time we see Sushant on the big screen. This movie also marks the debut of Mukesh Chhabra as a director who remained casting director for a long time. Dil Bechara was scheduled to release this May but due to pandemic, the makers are thinking to get it ‘Direct-to-web’ release now.
