After Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on 14th June, the Supreme Court granted the Central Bureau of Investigation to conduct an investigation after Sushant Singh Rajput’s family and the Bihar Police requested for it. As soon as the probe was carried out by the CBI officials, there were shocking disclosures related to the case as well as the Bollywood Industry. However, it has been reported that CBI will be submitting their final report of the investigation in a few days to come.
According to a report turned in by Zee News, CBI has stated that they are being expected to submit a closure file in the Patna Court of the agency in the upcoming days. There have been many speculations regarding the cause of the death of the actor, including homicide and murder, which was reportedly ruled out by the autopsy report submitted by the team of forensic experts of AIIMS Delhi. In the autopsy report, the team lead, Dr Sudhir Gupta has clearly mentioned that the actor died due to suicide.
The family of the late actor accused his girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, of money laundering and much more. It was also revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput was suffering from depression since a few months prior to his death. Rhea Chakraborty was kept under arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for a month for allegedly procuring drugs in the case.
