A Bihar Court on Wednesday dismissed the petition filed in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case against Bollywood celebrities. Chief Judicial Magistrate of Muzaffarpur, Mukesh Kumar, dismissed the the petition filed by local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha, pointing out that the matter lay outside the courts jurisdiction.

The petition was filed against Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiawala, and Aditya Chopra for allegedly abetting the actor’s suicide. The petition also included Kangana Ranaut as a witness, who came out with a couple of angry messages blaming nepotism in the film industry for the tragedy.

Advocate Ojha who filed the petition three days after Sushant’s demise is ready to challenge the court. He even mentioned that he is going to challenge the CJM’s decision in the district court and bring down justice to the son of Bihar. He was quoted saying, “I will challenge the CJM’s decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those, who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice.”

On the other hand, Mumbai Police is still investigating the case. Veteran actor Shekhar Suman is still trying to bring CBI to this case. Actors, especially from Bihar are raising their voice for the foul play in Sushant’s death. The fans are taking to social media to express their anger.
