Mahesh Babu took to Twitter to inform that he has taken the COVID-19 vaccine, and urges everyone above the age of 18 to do the same Mahesh Babu called it ‘the need of the hour’.
The actor’s tweet reads, “Done with my vaccination! Please get yours!! The COVID-19 second wave has hit everyone hard and getting vaccinated is the need of the hour. Those aged 18 years and above are eligible to get theirs from May 1st. #GetVaccinated. Stay safe everyone.”
Mahesh Babu recently cancelled the shoot of the film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ as soon as the second wave of COVID-19 cases began to rise and also his stylist and few members from the crew tested COVID-19 positive.
