Abhishek Banerjee is on a roll after his phenomenal performance he delivered as Jana in Stree 2. The movie has been doing very good; the audience and the critics have loved his character. Meanwhile, he has won loads of appreciation for his negative lead character in Vedaa, a John Abraham and Sharvari starrer film released along with Stree 2.

If this was not enough, Abhishek has another thrilling moment, that is, he gets to share the screen alongside none other than Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming movie Section 84. Sharing the screen with Sr. Bachchan is one of the dreams of any actor, and Abhishek has just felt honored to be given such a brilliant chance. Recalling days spent in college, Abhishek recalled how his teachers used to tease him by calling him Amitabh Bachchan from Deewar owing to his body language being similar. Abhishek laughed and narrated an incident when he was called “Deewar ka Amitabh” by teachers, and how this meant he was a fan from a very young age. The actor of Stree 2 said, “Meri chaal waisi thi.”

Abhishek, clearly excited, picked up the role first given to him in Section 84. The star of Paatal Lok confessed that he didn’t even listen to the film’s full narration before he agreed to do it. The minute they said Big B was on board, he said yes there and then.
