As reported by several news portal, the arrest warrant has been sent to Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai’s Andheri West, and it has instructed the officials to apprehend the actor and present him in the court.

“Sonu Sood has been duly served with summon(s) or warrant(s) but he/she has failed to attend (absconds and keeps out of the way for the purpose of avoiding service of a summon(s) or warrant(s). You are herby ordered to arrest and bring the said Sonu Sood before the court,” read the magistrate court’s order, as per India Today.

The reports have suggested that the case has been filed by Ludhiana’s lawyer, Rajesh Khanna, who claims to be defrauded by Mohit Shukla of Rs. 10 lakh. Rajesh has alleged that he was lured to invest in a fake Rijika coin and Sonu was to testify in the case.
