
On Monday night in Goa, BJP politician and actress Sonali Phogat passed away after a heart attack. The former Bigg Boss competitor, who travelled to Goa with her staff members, complained of stomach pains and was transported to St Anthony Hospital in Anjuna, North Goa. According to PTI, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Mapusa) Jivba Dalvi, was carried to the hospital dead.
Phogat’s unexpected death shocked the entire country. The postmortem examination of the BJP leader’s lifeless remains will take place on Wednesday at the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). According to the most recent report, Phogat’s family believes foul play in the case and has requested a CBI probe.
According to ANI, Phogat’s family suspects foul play in her death, since Sonali’s sister Rupesh informed the site that Sonali called her mother the day before her death and “complained of feeling uneasy” after eating. “I got a call from her the night before she died. She stated that she wanted to communicate via WhatsApp and that something strange was going on. She afterwards complained to our mother about feeling queasy after eating. Her body had ceased operating correctly after eating, she informed my mother “, she said.
Raman, Sonali’s older brother, also maintained that her sister was physically fit and could not have suffered a heart attack. According to ANI, Raman stated, “My sister cannot have a heart attack. She was very fit. We demand a proper investigation by CBI. My family is not ready to accept that she died of a heart attack. She had no such medical problem.”
Sonali made her acting debut in 2016 with Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma, a daily soap. After that, she starred in the Haryanvi film Chhoriyan Chhoron Se Kam Nahi Hoti. She then appeared in various Punjabi and Haryanvi music videos. Her most recent appearance was in the 2019 online series The Story Of Badmashgarh. She also appeared on the contentious reality show Bigg Boss 14.
