In an interview with Aaj Tak, the actress talked about her phobias and revealed the reason behind participating in Khatron ke Khiladi Season 11. The actress said that it was her daughter, Palak, who coaxed her to go into the show. She motivated her and said, “If you don’t go this time, you will go never.”
The actress said that she was offered to participate in the show several times but couldn’t gather the courage to accept the offer. “When this time they called me, I was at home, everybody was at home because of this pandemic and lockdown. My daughter said, ‘Are you mad. Every time you say no. Tume kab karogi? Khatam ho rahi hai umar. (When will you do this? You are growing old now). If you don’t go this time, you will never go ever’,” she said.
When she was asked about her experience in the show and has she overcome her fears, she gave an honest answer. The actress said that she has come back with even more phobias. Shweta had claustrophobia since her childhood and was afraid of cockroaches. “When you actually meet Cheetahs, Lions, and everybody around you, it’s an experience,” she added.
Talking about the most challenging stunts in the show, she said, “There is nothing that you can say was difficult or easy. Everything was difficult, everything was out of your capacity. That’s why it is called ‘Khatron ke Khiladi’. There is no point in doing stunts that are within your capacity.”
The eleventh season of the Khatron ke Khiladi has the tagline- Darr vs Dare. It will be hosted by Rohit Shetty and has 13 contestants.
