Now, in an interview with SCREEN, Palak’s mother, Shweta Tiwari, has opened up on how these rumors affect her. She also talked about being scared of trolling on social media.
“Rumors don’t bother me anymore, in all these years I have realized people’s memory only last for 4 hours. They will forget the news after that, so why bother? As per rumors, my daughter is dating every third guy, and I am getting married every year,” stated Shweta. The actress added that such things did affect her earlier when social media was not around and some journalist would just not like to write anything good about you. “After dealing with that era, this doesn’t affect me,” asserted the actress.
Shweta also shared that it was her daughter who taught her how to deal with these trolls. She described Palak as an innocent individual, which often makes her wonder if it affects her.
