Shraddha Kapoor is currently busy soaking in the success of her recently released film, Stree 2, which has turned out to be a massive hit. The actress recently took her time and appeared on a YouTube channel owned by Shubankar Mishra where she narrated some of the days in her childhood.
She also narrates a wonderful incident regarding Varun Dhawan to whom she once proposed and he said ‘no’. Reminiscing the cutest but a silly incident, the ‘Stree’ actress said that both of them went to shoot a scene of their movie along with their fathers, Shakti Kapoor and David Dhawan, respectively. They were very young according to her and she said that she has a minuscule amount of feeling for the Street Dancer 3D actor.
Shraddha said that after her proposal, Varun escaped from her saying that he did not like girls. Quoted by India.com, the 37-year-old actress stated, “Bohot purani kahani hai. Logo ko pata hai ye. Varun ne mera proposal reject kiya tha. It is very funny. Hum humare dads ke shoot pe gaye the. Mujhe bachpan me Varun pe chhota sa crush tha. Hum mountain top pe gaye, waha pe khelte khelte gaye. Maine bola, ‘Main ek baat bolungi Varun, main ulta bolungi to aap uska meaning samajh jaana.’ Maine bola, ‘You love I.’ Usne bola, ‘Mujhe ladkiyan pasand nahi hain.’ Aur wo bhaag ke chala gaya fir.”
Meanwhile, Varun and Shraddha have acted together in different films such as ‘ABCD 2’ and ‘Street Dancer 3D’. They were recently together in Stree 2, wherein the actor had an extended cameo as his character Bhediya.
