Shehnaaz gained notoriety when, on April 8, she chose to take an autorickshaw rather than drive her automobile back from a visit to Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple.
Admirers praised her practical demeanor, highlighting the happiness found in life’s small joys, as seen in the video of her automobile trailing the autorickshaw. Shehnaaz visited the shrine at the same time as her music video for “Dhup Lagdi,” in which she wore casual black blouse and grey jeans.
When “Dhup Lagdi,” starring Sunny Singh and Shehnaaz, was released, it was well-received. The song, which is performed by Shehnaaz, features music composed by Aniket Shukla and Udaar, with direction from Dilsher Singh and Khushpal Singh.
