Shahid Kapoor is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film, Deva, and during one of these promotional events, he talked whether his wife, Mira Rajput, helps him with choosing the scripts. With a humorous touch, he stated that she is “too expensive” for him to afford.

While discussing the response generated by his film, Kabir Singh, which has received mixed to negative reaction, while some viewers praising the actor for his one of the best performance, Shahid expressed pride in the movie. He stated, “I’m just very proud of that film.”
Speaking of his movie, Deva, the film will also feature Pooja Hedge, playing the role of a journalist, as the female lead. The movie will be releasing on January 31, and currently it has commenced its advance booking.
