Indian Premier League is currently taking place in UAE (United Arab Emirates) and due to the ongoing pandemic, fans cannot enjoy the in-stadium experience. During this time, Shah Rukh Khan becomes a saviour for KKR’s fans and unveiled a new anthem for the team.
The song is titled LAPHAO and it means ‘jump’ in Bengali. In the video as well, the characters are seen in a jumpy and jolly mood. Some clips of the KKR players are included in the music video after securing a wicket or an excellent shot. It is composed by Badshah who also features in it.
The KKR anthem is incomplete without King Khan’s presence. With his long tresses and a black hoodie, SRK brings a new level of delight to the table. In a way, he is encouraging his fans to keep supporting Kolkata Knight Riders by saying, “Tu fan nahi, tufaan hai.” Not just KKR fans will be delighted to see this video, but also Shah Rukh Khan’s fans.
