During an Ask SRK on X (formerly known as Twitter) interactive session, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan recently stated his love for Indian cricket icon Virat Kohli.
A fan brought up the continuing fan war postings between Shah Rukh and Kohli during the Ask SRK session, prompting the Bollywood star to offer his thoughts on the cricketer.
In response, Shah Rukh referred to Kohli fondly as his “damaad” (son-in-law).
Shah Rukh’s adoration for Kohli is well known, since the two celebs are usually photographed together during the Indian Premier League. They even spotted dancing together on ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’.
When SRK’s Kolkata Knight Riders play against Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore, they frequently try to greet each other and strike up a discussion. This shows how close they are. At the time of writing, Kohli is in Rajkot, taking part in the third and final game of the series against Australia. Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand, is now enjoying the success of his most recent film, Jawan. ‘Dunki’ will be his next film.
