Joining other Bollywood personalities’ real estate activity, director Sajid Khan has recently sold his apartment for Rs. 6.1 crore, as per the transaction of Square Yards. His property was in Beach House Co-operative Housing Society in the region of Juhu, Mumbai.
It is strategically located on Western coast of Mumbai and is a prosperous locality easily recognized for being a very fashionable part of town and consisting of what can be best termed as the ‘elite’ residential area. The area is popular for unique and beautiful beach area and vibrant nightlife, there are many luxurious high raise building with the beautiful view of Arabian sea. This is further complimented by the fact that Juhu is surrounded by other facilities that complement the lifestyle of celebrities, working people and businesspersons, which makes this place a favorite among many.
According to Square Yards, the apartment for sale is complete with a gigantic built-up area of 2,176 sq. ft. (~202 sq. m.) with the added feature of a private parking space 220 sq. ft. (~20 sq. m.). The transaction which took place in June this year was charged a stamp duty of Rs. 36.6 lakh and registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Sajid’s directorial venture started with ‘Darna Zaroori Hai’ (2006) which is a series of six short stories of which he directed one part.
