Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Yami Gautam’s Bhoot Police to go on floors next month in Himachal Pradesh

Bhoot Police staring Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam to be filmed in Himachal Pradesh, confirms director Pavan Kripalani.

Bhoot Police, a directorial of Pavan Kripalani starring Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam was all set to hit the screens earlier this year. However due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown, it got postponed. Now as per the recent updates on the film, the star cast will head to Himachal Pradesh next month to kick start the shoot of this horror comedy. The film is produced by Fox Star and also stars actors like Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Kunal Khemu and Murli Sharma.

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, the filmmaker confirmed that the team will soon be heading to Himachal Pradesh for the first schedule of the film. Kripalani also added saying that they will be shooting in Dharamshala post which they will head to Dalhousie and Palampur. On resuming work post lockdown, Kripalani stated, “I think everyone wants to resume work; it has been on our mind for a long time.”

Kripalani shared his views on resuming shoot post the lockdown. He said that the team’s choice of locations was the scenic hill stations, which lend themselves naturally to the script of the horror-comedy. He also added to explain that shooting under the current situation and adapting to the new normal is definitely a tough task.

Himachal Pradesh is one of the safest locations with a low count of COVID-19 patients. The region hasn’t witnessed a rampant spread of the infection and even the number of cases are comparatively low than other parts of India. The team will also be following all the new safety norms for a smooth schedule.
