Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan have had a difficult start of the year 2025. Earlier this month, an attempted burglary at her Bandra West home, took a dangerous turn, when Saif sustained multiple stabbing wounds and was rushed to Lilavati hospital at 3 am. The actor returned home five days later, after undergoing multiple surgeries, and doctors confirmed that a 2.5 inch piece of knife was removed from his body.
The family has mostly stayed quiet as they recover from the incident, however, they have been taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of their family. As Saif returned from hospital, it was announced that they have hired Ronit Roy’s security agency for the family. Now, they have also decided to put up fencing on their balcony, the photos of which have been making rounds online since yesterday.
The couple’s decision to fence their balcony makes sense, and many people online have supported them. Reacting to the photos, one of the users commented, “This is sad… People don’t realize how scary it is to feel unsafe at home.” Another wrote, “The paparazzi and random people are always at their gate, so it’s easy for them to approach.”
