Saiee Manjrekar, the actress who made her debut with Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 3, opened up on being comfortable with playing the girl-next-door roles.
The 22- year- old has featured in Telugu movie Ghani, Major, and Skanda. She will be next seen in Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, wherein she will be sharing screen space with Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Shantanu Maheshwari.
In a conversation with PTI, Saiee stated, “The whole girl-next-door thing comes purely on the basis that I’m too young, naive, gullible, and probably it shows somewhere. As I experience things in life, it will automatically start showing, or people will see something different in me and cast me in different roles.”
She added that until that happens, she would love to bank on similar roles. “I’m happy with the work I’m doing.”
For the unversed, Saiee is the daughter of renowned actor and filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar.
